Try the below given following techniques to resolve it.

  1. Check the working internet connection. Is your internet connection working?
  2. Start the software and test the connection with our server on the license menu/tab.
  3. Still unable to activate the software. The firewall might block our server connection. Ask your admin to whitelist our server IP address. (Contact Us for IP address)
  4. If points 1, 2, and 3 are tested ok, but still unable to activate the software. You can use this method. Temporarily give full access via direct/firewall to the machine/user and activate the software. After successful activation, restore the machine/user to restricted again.
