- Still unable to activate the software. The firewall might block our server connection. Ask your admin to whitelist our server IP address. (Contact Us for IP address)
- If points 1, 2, and 3 are tested ok, but still unable to activate the software. You can use this method. Temporarily give full access via direct/firewall to the machine/user and activate the software. After successful activation, restore the machine/user to restricted again.
